Tito “Melo” Thomas holds a BSc in Telecoms Engineering and a MSc in Marketing. He has experience in telecommunication and marketing having worked in both sectors in Antigua. Mr. Thomas worked at UNOPS as an Innovation and Project Support Specialist for 3 years.
