The GIC program was designed for UNOPS and based on the JIU recomendation on innovation written by Mr Svensson.

Saved by GSF

Leadership problems within UNOPS forced GSF to rethink and step up. Today GSF has stepped in to the GICs in Japan, Antigua, Canada, Korea, Burundi, St Lucia, Norway. Basically all locations decided to leave UNOPS.
